Returns & Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products and our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Returns and refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The item arrived defective

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was received


Reporting an Issue

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@lorraineeisa.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.


Claim Review Time

All claims are reviewed within 1–3 business days after receiving the required evidence.


Resolution Options

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A refund to the original payment method


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personal-use reasons, fitness accessories such as bands, mats, massage tools, and similar items are non-returnable once delivered, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
